Community Event in December
In December we will be hosting a community event at 6pm. Please come and join…
We are a community kitchen based in the heart of Wolverhampton, providing langar along with a range of support and spiritual services. Our aim is to nourish, uplift, and guide our members in a warm and welcoming environment.
We are accepting donations of any amount. Please use our link to donate.
At the heart of our organisation is the sacred tradition of langar, a practice that ensures every person regardless of background, circumstance, or faith is welcomed with warmth and served a wholesome, freshly prepared vegetarian meal.
Our kitchen and hall provides a safe and dignified space where members can share food, conversation, and companionship. Through langar, we not only address food insecurity but also nurture a sense of equality and togetherness, ensuring no one in our community ever feels alone or unsupported.
Through our work, we aim to nourish the body, mind, and spirit; strengthen connections among people of all ages and backgrounds; and create a welcoming environment where no one feels isolated or overlooked.
Our work is strengthened by sewa, the spirit of selfless service that guides every volunteer, supporter, and member who contributes to our mission.
Whether it’s preparing meals, offering emotional or practical support, teaching, or simply lending a listening ear, our acts of sewa create an environment where everyone feels valued and uplifted.
By encouraging members to take part in service at whatever level they can we help build confidence, purpose, and deep connections, fostering a community rooted in compassion, humility, and shared responsibility.
